What We Do
Creative Programs That Strengthen
Wellbeing & Connection
UP&UP delivers guided creative programs that use art and music as practical tools for wellbeing, confidence and community connection.
Our projects combine professional creative practice with youth work and community development principles to create safe, inclusive and outcome-focused experiences across schools, public spaces and community settings.
Graffiti & Street Art Workshops
We deliver graffiti and street art workshops in schools and community settings, providing supported opportunities for creative expression.
Workshops encourage positive self-expression, build confidence and support wellbeing through hands-on creative activities guided by experienced artists and youth workers. Sessions are safe, inclusive and adaptable across a wide range of ages and abilities.
Mural Projects
We deliver collaborative mural projects in community, public and commercial spaces.
These projects bring people together to create shared artworks that build pride, strengthen connection to place and contribute to positive, welcoming environments. Each project is facilitated through structured consultation and guided creative development processes
School Mural Programs
Our school mural programs are delivered in partnership with students, teachers and school communities.
Programs support student wellbeing, creativity and connection while contributing to engaging and inclusive school environments. Projects are aligned with school wellbeing priorities and delivered with a strong focus on safety, participation and positive student outcomes
Hip Hop Music Programs
We deliver hip hop music programs that support voice, confidence and connection through lyric writing, beat-making and performance.
Programs are accessible and adaptable across ages, abilities and experience levels, providing structured creative pathways for expression, collaboration and skill development.
Community Engagement & Youth Events
We design and facilitate creative community engagement activities and youth events that bring people together in positive, welcoming environments.
These events support participation, connection and pride of place while creating opportunities for young people to engage constructively within their communities.
Current Program
Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities through Creativity (BRICC) is a federally funded youth wellbeing program using street art and collaborative mural projects to support confidence, connection and belonging for young people aged 12–18.
BRICC is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services through the Strong and Resilient Communities – Inclusive Communities program.
